Mine got fixed  . Dealership detected the noise, tore the whole dash apart, and then put it back piece by piece while testing. 90 degree weather helped out. They couldn't determine what was causing the noise but they put in a bunch of insulating felt strips (didn't quite understand what that is). Anyway, noise is gone and I'm happy now  . Took a week for them to do this |
Honestly tearing the dash apart would scare me to death with the thought of increased rattles and other noises. Hope the gamble works out for you.
