I have the 225/40 255/35 264 wheel setup as well on Yoko S-Drives. I have zero rubbing at stock ride hight. No roll. I had 3 passengers*+ some luggage and my sub box in the back and I still have not rubbed. This is the staggered setup that BMW should have gone with IMO. Hope this helps.
