Is this something the CA should have done already (at the time of the order) or can it be done after-the-fact? I'm getting a little nervous (OK..."impatient"...) about not having any confirmation that they have arranged PCD. Every time I've talked to her she's said "no problem" but that's all I've gotten so far.
Just wanted to know what the actual process and time frame is for making the arrangements.
