I'm thinking about picking up a Z06 and there isn't room in the garage for both the 135 an the Z06, so here we go...
I am selling my fully loaded
Silver 2008 135i 6MT with 17,700 miles. It's still under factory warranty for another year and over 30,000 miles and is eligible for the CPO warranty that will extend that to 100,000 miles and 7 years. The car has always been garage kept, never parked outside, and always has a coat of wax on it. Clear bra was professionally installed on the front bumper, hood, and rear quarter panels / rear bumper (by the rear tires) the day after I bought it. The car has never been tracked or abused (I have a Lotus for that
).
The car is in EXCELLENT condition. With the exception of one tiny rock chip on the hood (that you probably wouldn't even notice unless I showed you) there isn't a single scratch, chip, ding, or anything on the entire car. It literally looks brand new, inside and out, and I'm not exaggerating.
Surprisingly, I've never had an issue with my HPFP or injectors. Am I the only one?
The car has had every major service performed early by the dealership. In between the free maintenance I did additional oil changes just to be on the safe side. BMW German Castrol 5w30 (from the dealer) was used every 5k miles. The car has always been filled with Chevron 91 octane since it was brand new (perhaps the techron is why I never had fuel system problems, who knows). Because I'm anal, I also changed the spark plugs 100 miles ago. After seeing the condition of my old ones, I definitely changed too early (oh well
).
I am willing to sell the car stock(ish) or fully modified, it's up to the buyer. I will definitely make more money parting out the car and selling it stock, there is no question. If someone actually wants the mods (and let me tell you, there isn't a single bad mod on this car) this is your lucky day. All of the power-related mods (and tune) have only been on the car for 4k miles / 7 months. They have been the most fun 4k miles ever...what a different car!
