A very positive experience. The parts guys are super. The facility is great. But above all Grant Morey, my salesman was stellar. Made the transaction absolutely painless. Got everything out of the way before I set foor in the door - I travel a lot and typically don't have time for long visits to retailers of any kind.

He was genuinely excited for me and is a true fan of the brand. He took a lot of time to make sure the car was just right and took time to take me through all the new features I was not familair with since buying my 2003 E46.

On top of it Holtz is a Dinan Center - which could prove deadly for my bank account.
