For what it's worth I ended up agreeing to $44,750 on a 135is w/MSRP of $49,445; $1k of that was USAA and $750 in loyalty (have not included my CCA check since I'll have to get that after). Still, you definitelly shouldn't pay anywhere close to MSRP even for a new 135is.
