Be careful.
While the Ti backing plate may be beneficial for the pistons issue, it may go in the opposite direction for the pads - which can run hotter since less heat is flowing to the caliper.
The problem is somewhere else: the OEM pads are street pads. Period.
Their optimal temperature cannot met the range given by a serious track use; otherwise they would not provide optimal brake coefficient when cold-braking (that is, normal road use).
Switch to real track stuff is mandatory for all uses other than road/light/fun.
