If the access feature not functioning completely, the chances are it is switched off in the computer
When the car is tinted, tint shop mechanics usually fiddle with BMW setup to trick windows into the "HIGH" position to tint the whole side. During that they inadvertently may switch on/off other sometimes vital functions
I know, they switched off my auto wipers and auto headlights, idiots.
Just see if you can disable then enable comfort access in the car. If that doesn't work, then i'm wrong
