I expressed my extreme displeasure in them just “reconditining” cracking leather after having the car for less then a year and with low mileage. I also told the service manager that I would be coming back if this did not fix it and dealing with the general manager/BMW of NA instead of him.

They have a third party come in with an air pump and an airbrush. He fills in the cracks and then matches the color. How long it lasts will depend on how often you touch it.
