The typical air blower / waffle weave MF produces fast enough results for me, but if you don't want to expend ANY effort at all, get a CR Spotless water filter for final rinses.

I tried it a few times and it works extremely well. Only downside is cost and having to wait for the water to dry, but the water does dry without spots for the most part.
