As long as you get off I70/I68, almost anything west of Frederick will put you on twisty mountain roads.

Or you could try the Catoctin mountains west and north of Thurmont. I'd recommend a loop heading west on Rt.77 off US 15 and then north on 491 to 550.

And if you are really ambitious, have you driven the 470 mile Blue Ridge Parkway from Charlottesville, VA to the Smokies in NC?

All of these are great driving roads and good for break-in as they allow for a lot of speed and throttle variation.
