Correct answer there.

Warming the car up obviously is based on other factors. Ambient air temp, engine temp at start up, throttle position during warm up.....
I always try to get the oil temp up to 140* or so before really stomping on it. Thats a temp I've heard before and sounds reasonable to me. Better safe than sorry.
I belive 140 is actually on the high end of good?
