Alarms are useless with cars that have EWS modules because no one is going to steal the car without the key. Your key is coded by VIN, and that's the only thing starting the car.
On top of that, Kris is right about people walking off when they hear an alarm. To play guilty, I never run and call the police when I hear a car alarm going off :iono:
