I think you're going to be hard pressed to get a good deal on the 1er. That's why, at least at this stage, the 335i will have less of an all-in price disparity to the 135i than perhaps in a few years.
I was able to get 5% off MSRP for my E92 and a lease rate of 3.9%. This same dealer said that the discount on the 135i will be paltry, if any.
