Definitely one of the best mods you can do performance wise, makes the engine much more responsive, especially when combined with a tune.
Based on all the reviews on them, the fitment is perfect. On a otherwise stock exhaust it isn't too much of a increase in volume. Going completely catless will yield a negligible gain in perf but will sound a bit better, depending on how loud you're willing to tolerate.
Bang for the buck I'd take these over the AR's, there isn't a big enough performance difference to warrant paying that much extra.

I'd speak to AR and CP-E as I understand that you may still need the dp fix with catted downpipes.
