bmw.com says that
in ECO mode the shift lights facilitate my economical driving style. I assume this simply refers to the customizable mapping of optimal shift points for the lights. Further, that the lights aren't auto remapped in ECO mode but rather the shift points can be manually set and stored per mode. Correct? Nothing else to eco?
Sport mode contains stopwatch, fuel consumption, g-meter. 1/4 mile timer here too?
Race mode contains split-time functions (stop, lap, section) and memory for last and top times, g-meter, 1/4 mile.
Oil and radiator temps in all 3 modes.
