This just happened to me as well. I noticed when I parked the car last night, the fan was on full blast, but didn't think much of it.
Drove to work this morning, noticed a flat spot in power in 3rd gear, but no failures or warnings. Put the window down and turned the radio off to listen to the car, and noticed the fan was running full blast again. Started to suspect water pump problem. Eventually got a yellow temperature warning, coasted to a stop and parked the car for 10 minutes.
Restarted, drove the rest of the way to work very slowly. Now I'm debating on getting it towed home or limping it home through the back roads...
