You're not missing much other than your proper color combo on the car.
When I removed then re-added mine, I just entered my production #, delivery date (can be whatever you want - i used the date i ordered the car) and mileage at delivery = 0 (european delivery) and it just worked.
Perhaps a different browser will work for you?
