How much power have YOU extracted from your n52b30?

Who has gained decent power from their N52B30?
Has anyone made 180-200rwkw?
If so, what did you do?
When posting power/dyno figures, please quote your before/after at the wheels, with a % gain.
Working out how cost effective it is to mod this car.(it don't be, being NA). I'm used to far faster cars...
