i have never had this problem any other time since ive owned the car, when my past fuel pumps went bad i just had long starts. i did notice when i went to get service the time before last they did a software update on my car and after that i always had a check engine light for my exhaust even with the dp fix installed. idk if that has anything to do with this but i threw it out there.
