Due to the excellent driving dynamics as well as the brilliant N54 engine, I do believe that there is a demand for these.
I also believe that there is premium associated with maintaining the car above the (current) BMW recommended schedule, the low mileage and sensible usage that the car has been subjected to over the course of it's lifetime.
The modifications to this car have been minimal. I've used it exclusively as a weekend car and have maintained it well. I have the records and receipts as proof.
