Guys I used this DIY form the E90 post since our suspension is almost identical to the E90.

It worked great, in the rear I disconnected the outer bolt instead of the inner one of the control arm like someone on that forum suggested and completed both sides in about 1.5 hrs and that was taking my time. Just read all the pages before start. Hope this help.
