The AC Schnitzer 1M Coupe has debuted at the Frankfurt IAA.
The ACS 1M tuning program includes aerodynamic, performance, and handling ugprades. The 1M's power has been bumped up to 400hp (from 340hp) with an ECU software tune.
Cosmetic upgrades include a carbon fiber front lip spoiler, metal lower grille, vented hood, extra side fender gill, rear roof spoiler, carbon fiber rear trunk spoiler lip, and carbon fiber rear bumper diffuser.
The factory 1M exhaust has been replaced by a Schnitzer exhaust system with twin silencers. Factory suspension is replaced by a adjustable racing suspension and the brakes have been upgraded as well - 380x35mm brake discs with 6 piston calipers in front, and 355x32mm discs with 4 piston calipers in rear. Other braking components such as the brake pads and caliper mounting brackets also receive upgrades.
Interior includes a 3 spoke performance steering wheel covered in alcantara, valencia orange trim pieces, AC Schnitzer shift knob, parking brake handle, and i-drive controller, Schnitzer pedals, and racing bucket seats. They have also added a digital display for showing the current gear.
