Thanks for the DIY. only took about 20 min and 10 of that was spent making myself a right angle tool out of a fork. (yeah, I'm that cheap)
as far as the t30 screws, i just used a small flat head screwdriver, no problem.
all i can say is be patient and don't rush or you will snap a plastic clip and be screwed. also i left the original grill in and only changed out the chrome outer piece, think it looks pretty sweet
