My dealership offers a Fuel Injector Cleaning service for around $160 and I have always thought that it was foolish. Maybe I was wrong.

I'd let your dealership handle the service and beg them to give you some kind of discount. They can always knock off 10% on parts. As much as it pains me to say it, consider it a lesson learned. If you wanted a cheap car to maintain then you should have considered a Toyota.
