if your car has DCT then it is a 2011 not a 2010.
M3 is a great but at a high price. if you are getting extended warranty and you can afford it then go for it.
Just make sure not expect a great car in town and at low speed and low rpm. but once you punch it the world will change and you will hear the all mighty V8 singing.
