That's what I'm going to look for. I did a little bit more digging and found that it could possibly be the heat shield got a little bent, but I'm leaning more towards a rock got in there somehow. I'll update when I take a look at it

A rock on both sides is unlikely. I am thinking its either park brake too tight after a recent service but not sure if they touched it or I have bent the heat sheilds most likely as I use a brush to clean the wheels and it sometimes gets stuck against the sheild
