Your co-workers are nuts. Short of southern California, there is no better place to have a convertible. We have clear skies and sunny days 300/365 days of the year and I see convertibles everywhere. I bet you drop your top more than a few times during the winter and nearly daily during the summer. Driving in 65/70 degree weather in the morning to work during the summer puts me in a good mood every day (until work ruins it lol). You're going to love it out here.
