Only has 1 brake light on the PCB per side but there is another brake light that fits into the rear light housing on its own. You just twist it 1/4 turn to remove it.
Yes the extra pair of indicators are for the fronts. I had to remove the wheel to access the little plastic hatch that gives you access to the front indicator bulbs.
