Happened to me a more than a few times with both the 120 and 135. Each time I think I haven't depressed the pedal enough. In the 135 the pedal can sometimes be rock hard which means I don't think I've moved the pedal enough. As essentially what is happening is the same thing as if you didn't have the pedal depressed - turns ignition on only.
So next time it happens try pressing the clutch pedal or brake pedal a bit further to prove my theory right or wrong.
