Thanks everyone, an email from KW support in US confirms the same thing. Now I got it adjusted so the height on both sides are the same when my fat arse is in the car. Mine you, she handles very smoothly with the KW, no more bouncing and floating feeling.

I'm yet to get alignment done, just waiting for the springs to settle down. Anyone knows roughly how many kms this take?
