If the belt has any signs of oil on it, it should be replaced. If the front of the engine is soaked in oil, I’d replace the pullies and tensioner too.

Thankfully the belt and tensioner job is easy, so not a bad preventative maintenance idea either especially if its oil soaked.
Similarly, an oil pan leak that goes wayyyyy too long can soak and degrade the transmission mounts. Thankfully, these are also super cheap and easy.
