UPDATE: I've taken some photos and used a penny to measure the results. I'm surprised to see that the dealer's measurements look off to me. My tread estimates are 5/32nds on the front and 4/32nds on the rear now. I can confirm that the wear looks even across the tread, so this isn't a case of bad camber or tire pressure causing wear on the outer blocks. I've dropped the price accordingly.
New breakdown is:
Fronts - $130 each
Rears - $120 each
Total $500.
