gobuffs fought this issue for a long time on his South African spec S50 B30

I agree that I am not 100 percent sold on the electronic version as it relates to M cars.... but for the general public.... A reminder of low oil from the car to the owner, the moment it happens is far better than relying on the idiot behind the wheel.
