I am running a COBB as well, I have never run it on the track past stage 1. I have also never had an issue with over heating...I do pull the cowl off though. I would recommend the COBB AP and a good FMIC.

I run carbotechs w/ titanium shims to protect the weak brembo non SS pistons. Haven't decided if I am going to upgrade the OEM brakes or swap to BBK.

I ran Sebring on Saturday the 21st as well! I had the Silver 135i (Green, novice group) - what group were you running in?
I currently am using the OEM tune (BMW Perf. Power Kit) and Cool Carbon pads w/ stock rotors and didn't have any issues with overheating anything.
