It's done.
After a long wait for the parts to come in from Germany and having the time to bring it in to the dealer, I'm happy to report that the wind noise from the windows it's gone. Now, noise level is normal and it does not feel like the windows are open.
If any of you has that issue, simply bring a copy of the TSB and tell them to do as it says.
