Ian, Opti-Coat is a great product, but not sure about how "truely permanent" it is.

There are many products on the market that have fantastic long term results and Opti-Coat is one of them.

For me and my car, I choose finish (gloss) over durability. But then again, as a detailer, I like to try many products too.

Stay tuned, we have a 1M that we will be trialling a new paint protection system on.
