I had something similar happen. The computer controlling these functions loses track of the info coming from sensors that tell it what position the windows and top are in. A simple reset is all that is needed.
I took mine to the dealer and they took care of it right in the drive up area for service. No charge. Imagine that.
You may want to do a search on this forum or google and take care of it yourself.
