You don't know why ECS is discounting those rotors. Maybe they are short on warehouse space and they just need the room? You do not know.
Regardless, it has been WELL documented that generic rotors are PERFECTLY FINE to run.
PS - Running HID Kits in fog lights, now that is junk.
