Just to give you a feel for the room you probably have, the residual on my fully loaded 2010 was $28,300 and the dealer put it up for sale at $36,700. It sold fairly quickly. You could probably get them down to $31k-ish and have both sides walk away happy. It costs roughly $2k for them to certify a car so figure a bottom line of around $30k for them.

It's the same engine as the 335 so the same issues apply. If the 17" setup was for the 3er then it likely will not fit due to differing offsets but there are 17" setups that do.
