Have you read through the black line LCI tail light thread? Close to a dozen members have had issues with him... including me.
If you're still within your 45 day Paypal dispute period I'd suggest you get a refund and order elsewhere.
I believe some members are continuing to have good interactions with him so i'm confused as to why he gives the silent treatment to others. Anyway, you'll find the general consensus on here is to avoid them (look in the vendor review section for the thread)
