Cool stuff, congratulations on the new ECU software. I am sure it's a blast to drive. I had no idea that the N54 pistons were made my Mahle and the crank was forged unlike the N55. Interesting... I also didn't know that the original HPFP's were made by Bosch.
That intercooler looks pretty nice as well. Sometimes those silicone hoses are more prone to coming off under boost as opposed to a hard pipe, but they probably did substantial R&D to make sure everything is fine.
