The PPK2, PE and badges get added once the car arrives on US soil. Take a look under the car and see if the mid pipe has clamps. Same as someone with a 135i adding the PE at the dealer.
This is why US customers could not do a Euro delivery of an "is", because the car is not completed till it arrives on this side of the pond.
