Never heard of that vendor. I've seen diffusers from louiellp, factory2all, and directparts4u. They all seem to have single and double outlet carbon diffusers. They're all honestly probably the exact same. All look the same and are made in China/Taiwan, probably at the same exact factory using the same exact toolings. The toolings are the expensive part... many thousands of dollars to invest before even making a single product, so they probably split the cost and share. It seems that people have had luck with the vendors I mentioned. The weave and fit aren't perfect, more like 7/10 or 8/10, but they're not terrible. I personally don't think you'd have anything to worry about. Request more pictures, if you can.
