I bought a 2012 1M 22170 klms from a BMW dealer specifically for warranty. No real issues in the 5000 klms I've done.
I've had a few false low oil level warnings and then 20 mins later it's back to full. I think this is related to issue 14 in the known issues thread. Apart from that all good.
