I think it's the rotors or rotr hats, possibly caused by uneven torquing of the lug nuts. Many people report the sound going away after simply removing and reinstalling the wheels. Uneven torquing of the lug nuts I think might cause the rotor hats to warp, with the clicking coming from the rivets that hold the rotors to the hats (I believe this is how they are constructed).

Nobody has really actually figured out what causes this noise.
I have this issue also and as was mentioned, the sound went away for a while after only unmounting and remounting my wheels. A week later, the sound is back and driving me insane when driving around parking garages where the sound of the clicking is amplified.
