Hi Tom,
No TPMS, Canadian cars do not use them, so I did not purchase with them.
Shipping to 44708 from here would be about $300, as I am in Ontario Canada.
I normally ship all my stuff to a US address & pick up when I am going there, to save on import fees etc.
Shipping to you from the US would be about $120, I could drop them off for shipping in Niagara Falls NY,
if I was going there to get other stuff.
