On paper - dealer has 10% markup including options + delivery + stamp + GST + luxury car tax.

I think I took about 7-8% off my wife's car. You can usually cut into the delivery as it is pretty much straight profit. The other thing is to get the dealer to ground a demo for you.

They can do a better deal if it's their stock, or cars in bond. So, depending on the dealer, you might get 10%. 15% is unheard of unless you bought a 3 in the last couple of months.
