From the factory it probably does have a stiffer suspension, since ours is softened to accommodate the runflat tires... And yes, it's more of a real sports car than a sporty luxury coupe like the 135i... but I wouldn't say it "handles" better as he said just to make up for his loss.
But yeah, you whipped him. I usually find that the type of people that like to brag about things, are the same type that don't like to admit to and take their losses in stride.
BTW, hope you did all this on a closed course
(or really, at least on abandoned roads where nobody who isn't involved can get hurt). Usually street race stories aren't really allowed on this forum, but they are on n54tech.
