There were some used Euro headlights on eBay earlier this week. Euro headlights will never be available from OEM sources in North America, as they are not legal in the US. Any company who attempts to sell you some could be subject to huge fines.
If you want the Euro headlights you will have to find some on eBay or import them yourself from a BMW dealer in Europe. Although they are legal in Canada, it is doubtful that any Canadian Dealer could order them for you as an option. They might be convinced to bring the parts in from Germany and install them for you, leaving your old ones in the trunk for you to dispose of as you wish. The F.O. price for that would probably be around $4,000.
